There is a lot of property on the market to discuss: Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom’s celebrity real estate fiasco, weirdo couple Katy Perry and Russell Brand split and sell their property, and finally, inspiration for “Jerry Maguire” Leigh Steinberg has a bench warrant out for over a mil that he owes to a real estate company. Celebrity Real Estate | Kardashian and Odom
Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are moving and because of their realty show, every realtor in Dallas wants a piece of that celebrity real estate, the wholesome crew at TMZ reports:
The displaced couple has been looking for a place to live, and rather than using just one realtor, they decided 6 would be 6 times better. Here’s the problem … the realtors claim Khloe and Lamar made each of them feel as if they were the only ones, and they’re now fighting over who can lay claim to a commission.
Apparently Khloe and Lamar have recognized their lapse of etiquette, and they’ve settled on just one realtor. What’s more, we’re told they just found a condo in the W Hotel. It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 1800 square-foot pad. It’s listed for lease at $7,500 a month.
Its obvious just by judging the rich intellect of these two that they were a match made in heaven.
Celebrity Real Estate | Katy Perry and Russell Brand
Now moving on to the long-lived relationship of Katy Perry and Russell Brand, who are competing with Kardashian and Odom in an upcoming Jeopardy match of genius. Perry and Brand will also have some celebrity real estate on the market:
The moving pods were out at Katy Perry and Russell Brand‘s home in the Hollywood Hills Wednesday … which begs the question … who gets to stay in the house??
Katy and Russell purchased the $6.5 million, 3 acre, Sunset Strip-area estate back in June … but just last week, the British funnyman filed for divorce … leaving the future of the home in limbo.

Celebrity Real Estate | Leigh Steinberg
Now “Jerry Maguire” is one of my all time favorite sports movies to date, but real life Jerry, known as Leigh Steinberg, owes about 1.4 million in unpaid rent. This is my favorite celebrity real estate story of the week:
The bench warrant was issued today in Orange County because Steinberg missed his court date last week. According to documents, the super agent inspiration for ”Jerry Maguire” owes a real estate company more than a mil for office space in Newport Beach, CA.
The company claims Steinberg stopped paying his lease back in 2009 — and says it has been next to impossible to serve him with a subpoena because he’s constantly surrounded by bodyguards.
What do you think will happen with Steinberg? Are celebrities immune to criminal charges? Will he just get a slap on the wrist or prison time?

The fact of the matter is that celebrities have problems with real estate just like us, look at Leigh Steinberg. Others trick realtors into believing they’ll make the sale. And for Katy and Russell, well they are selling celebrity real estate, not much more to these two one dimensional characters.
