I think, overall, what Phill teaches you is how to actually determine what the overall best solution is in each deal.

What’s different about Phill’s coaching?
I think it’s more hands on. I think you are working with people that are actually doing this, as opposed to people that are just talking about it, and talking about theory on how to do things. This is practical experience, you know, on a day-to-day basis. I feel definitely more confident. I feel like I’ve have a better overview of just all the different things I can do and I feel like I have tools and actually procedures in place with the workbooks you get. They keep you moving forward with all these deals.
I’m definitely going to focus a lot more on mortgage assignments and different things as well, but my goal is to do about 3 or 4 deals a month, going forward.
