Real Estate Bloggers | Beware!
It’s ironic that you are reading a real estate investing blog that telling you to beware of real estate bloggers! There’s an old saying that goes, ‘Those who can’t do, teach.’ While I don’t agree with that totally, there’s probably never been a time where that saying held so much truth than today in the time of blogging. Anybody with an internet connection and a computer can give you their 2 cents on every subject under the sun, but that does not mean it’s right. I encourage you to beware of real estate bloggers, or at least most of them (not me).

If you are reading the postings of other real estate bloggers it is important to know who is writing, what experience they have, and if they are still doing deals. Real estate investing coaches are notorious for having not done any real estate deals or any real estate deals in a long time. Instead riding on the wave of the glory days, teaching strategies that are no longer effective and sometimes not even legal.
I’m not one that likes to toot my own horn, but I have done and continue to do 100′s of real estate deals every year. I have nothing to hide and if you are going to take the advice of real estate bloggers I hope that you choose to take advice from an investor like me. I read a lot of blogs and I also blog a lot and I couldn’t agree with you more. I found your sight via Youtube today and will be checking in more. You have some interesting concepts and I like that you’ve backed it up with legal opinion. Just remember that legal opinion is just that. But it does add merit to your do diligence.
