Hi my name is Lara Boutin and I’m a real estate wholesaler here in Austin.  I’m from Las Vegas and I’m still learning some new tricks. That’s why I came to the hour and a half lunch and learn today.  To hear Phill Grove talk about all the different strategies for buying and selling real estate.  My main reason I came was to learn about lease optioning in Texas and basically if there is anyway to do it.  If you don’t already know this it is basically illegal, in Texas.  I learned and definitely got some good pointers today and I’ll be coming back to the January 17th, two day class, to increase the amount of tools I have in my investor’s toolbox.  He really knows his stuff, he has a lot of experience, he’s very friendly, and he’s not condescending at all.  So if there is anything you are wondering about in real estate, whether you are just getting started or you’ve been in it for a long time, you should probably come give him some of your time and learn a few new tricks.
