I purchased your ” Real Estate Re-volution System ” and it provides some information on mortgage assigning. Is the information provided anywhere close to the MAPS program? Also, what support do I have with the RE-VOLUTION SYSTEM compared to the MAPS program? I think I have seen some information stating that you offer a split payment system ! How is this payment program set up? I will be coming into some funds after we close on my mothers estate on August 10th, and I plan on purchasing your program at that time, I just hope the it is still available into the middle of August. Please respond!

Greetings! My name is Pete Risnes. I live in Orange, CA I am a California licensed real estate agent . Is there a boker/agent conflict of interest with this program? Would I be better off to pull my license form the broker? How much is the program cost? I am extremely interested in the whole idea as I see this as a solution to both the sellers and buyers and a way to make a decent living at the same time. I just wonder what happens if the assigned buyer defaults. What is the remedy for the seller. I have many questions I’m sure you have answers as you are also a RE broker. I need to get started right away as I am so far down financially. Is any financing available as I am cash poor now. That is why I want to do this! I want to be your next success story! Louis, this is a great question! I suggest that you retain the services of a 3rd party note servicing company. The note servicing company will collect the payment, send out monthly statement and the 1098 at the end of the year. Anytime the buyer wants to apply an additional payment of obtain a payoff, they would contact a note servicing company.
Keep in mind that most mortgages are sold to the secondary market and even though Chase sends you a statement each month, most of the time, they are only servicing the loan.
